What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
ODM private label starts at 100 sets per style; OEM custom programs typically from 300 sets per design. For catalyst test orders we can often accommodate a smaller paid sample run.
How long is production lead time?+
Sampling takes 3–5 working days. After sample approval, production is 10–15 days, plus 5–8 days transit to US/EU hubs depending on the shipping mode you choose.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We produce a handmade sample matching your design or our listed artwork, ship it to you for approval, and proceed to bulk only after your sign-off.
Do you ship DDP / handle customs for my market?+
We offer DDP and IOSS options for the US, EU and Middle East so landed cost and duties are predictable for your customers.
