We ship worldwide, door-to-door. Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders (see checkout for the current threshold).
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can also check your order status from the confirmation email.
For most destinations import duties are included (DDP). Where they are not, any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient; we provide DDP options to make delivery smooth.
If your tracking hasn't updated within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and re-ship or refund as appropriate.
