Privacy Policy

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how MetaX Nails (contact: hello@metaxnails.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, place an order or contact our support team.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping address, phone, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).
• Browsing data — cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and, if you consent, to understand how visitors use the store.
• Inquiries — company, contact name, email and message when you contact us or send a B2B inquiry.

How we use your information

• To fulfil and deliver your orders, and to provide order status and tracking.
• To respond to your support, inquiry or after-sales requests.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) — these are essential.
• Only with your consent, to send marketing emails or to power analytics and advertising pixels.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the store (cart, wishlist) and, if you accept, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We share the minimum required with: our payment and fulfilment providers, shipping carriers, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising platforms.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@metaxnails.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention & security

We retain order records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and protect data with industry-standard safeguards. Payment details are handled exclusively by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
